We know that a foam wedge at £109 is not a trivial purchase. We know you have probably tried other things that promised to help and did not. We know the person reading this at midnight is doing so because something in their relationship or their sleep has been quietly wearing them down for longer than they would like to admit.
The 60-Night Discovery Guarantee exists because we believe the SnorLift works — and we are willing to put our money where that belief is. If you follow the programme and it does not change things, you get every penny back. That is not a marketing line. That is the deal.
What the Guarantee Covers
A full refund of your purchase price if the SnorLift does not produce a meaningful improvement in your snoring or sleep quality after following the 60-Night Discovery Programme. The guarantee applies to first-time, full-price purchases only, and is limited to one claim per order.
The Four Steps
Step 1 — Register Within 14 Days of Delivery
To activate your guarantee, complete your Discovery Profile within 14 days of the delivery date confirmed by our courier tracking record. Registration takes approximately two minutes. You will receive an automatic confirmation email immediately — if you do not receive it within ten minutes, check your spam folder or email us directly at support@restoresleepltd.co.uk within the same 14-day window and we will register you manually. Purchases not registered within 14 days of delivery, and where no manual registration email was sent within that window, are not eligible for the 60-Night Discovery Guarantee. Step 2 — Use It for a Minimum of 45 Nights
We ask that you use the SnorLift for a minimum of 45 of the 60 nights. This is not a bureaucratic hurdle. It is because positional adaptation takes time — the majority of people who notice meaningful change do so between nights 10 and 21, and some bodies take longer. We cannot fairly evaluate whether the product has worked if it has not been given a genuine opportunity to do so. Forty-five nights out of sixty is the minimum for a genuine trial. Using the product for a handful of nights and returning it is not what this guarantee is for — and you deserve better than that level of effort from yourself anyway.
Step 3 — Reach Out Before Day 55
If by day 55 you are not feeling results, or something is uncomfortable, email us before the end of day 55 at support@restoresleepltd.co.uk. We will respond within one business day. Sometimes there is an adjustment — a small change to position or bedding setup — that changes everything. Sometimes it does not help and we will tell you that honestly. Either way, we need to hear from you before day 60 to process a guarantee refund. We will also reach out to you proactively around day 55 as part of your programme — so if something is not working, you will have the opportunity to raise it in response to our email rather than having to initiate contact yourself.
Step 4 — Return for a Full Refund
If after following the programme you are still unsatisfied, confirm your return request before the end of day 60. Day 60 is calculated from the delivery date on your courier tracking confirmation. We will issue a prepaid return label within one business day of your request. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your full refund within 10 business days. The product should be returned in reasonable condition — used is completely fine, this is a sleep product and it is meant to be used. Before sending it back, we will ask for a photograph of the product so condition is noted at the point of departure. This is standard procedure and takes about thirty seconds.
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
The guarantee does not apply to purchases made at a discounted or promotional price. It does not apply where the Discovery Profile was not registered within 14 days of delivery and no manual registration email was sent within that window. It does not apply to purchases made through third-party platforms including Amazon or eBay — those transactions are governed by the respective platform's own policies. It does not cover physical damage to the product beyond normal use. It is limited to one claim per order.
The Relationship Between the Hygiene Seal and This Guarantee
Opening the hygiene seal on your SnorLift removes your statutory 14-day return right — but it has absolutely no effect on this guarantee. The 60-Night Discovery Guarantee applies to an opened, used product. That is its entire purpose. These are two entirely separate instruments and one does not affect the other.
One Final Thing
If you find yourself approaching day 62 and you have genuinely followed the programme and it has not worked — email us. We will look at your case. We are a small UK brand and we do not resolve customer relationships by pointing at policy pages. The guarantee window exists for operational reasons, not as a trap. Customers who engaged honestly with the programme and had a genuine experience will always be treated as such.
